A Los Angeles County rent relief program that could help those impacted by the wildfires last January is expanding its eligibility on who can apply, and the application period opens in February.

The application portal launched Monday at 9 a.m. and will accept submissions for approximately one month. This second phase of the program follows a December rollout that saw over 4,600 submissions.
